I have a Bosch logixx 7 washing machine (2 years old)

When I run a cycle it stops with the drum about 1/4 full of water
The 'wash' red light and the 'rinse hold' red lights are both flashing

Hi, I'm Daniel and I'll be helping you today I've been repairing white goods for 20+ yrs. and currently work for a well-know manufacturer.

If you set the washer to a spin only cycle will it drain the water out then?

Hi there

Just tried it on the spin cycle and after 5 minutes it beeps a few times and the wash light and rinse hold lights are flashing again

Water still in the drum

Ok theres a blockage in there.

What you need to do is remove the wooden plyth at the bottom of the kitchen.

Then from there you will see the filter.

Get a thin try under there and slacken the filter and slowerly drain the water out.

Once the water is out remove the filter fully and give it a good clean out.

Make sure the pump impeller at the back inside were the filter goes is all clear.

Once clear refit the filter and retry the washer and see how it goes from there.

Let me know how it goes.
