my hotpoint double fan assisted oven is showing an f12 fault, blowing air from the top,I can't get to the feed to unplug it, have to switch it off from the mains which affects fride/freezer and other appliances,is it safe to leave it plugged in

Appliance_Guy : Hi, my name is XXXXX XXXXX I will be helping you today.
Appliance_Guy : F12 is a communications error. You would be safe to leave it connected, but theroblem must be addressed before you can use it.

can you tell me how the problem should be addressed?

Appliance_Guy :

You will have to remove the control panel and make sure all the wiring is tight, no loose connections. If you find no loose connections then you will have to replace the control board.
