The smell may be actually be coming from the back, if you have cleaned everything inside.
Can you tell me what you cleaned the inside with?
Pull the fridge out.
Look on top of the compressor. Be careful as it gets hot.
Is there water in the container on the top of it? Does this smell?
On the rear, there is an open cavity at the bottom of the fridge, measuring the full width and about 8 inches in height. Inside the cavity is the motor, can you tell me if the compressor is on this motor. There is no water anywhere near the motor. There may have been at some time as there is a patch of scaling on the top of the motor case.
I have attached a pic of the motor
We used washing up liquid in a bowl of water to clean the inside of the fridge
There is no smell coming from the back of the machine at all.
the picture didn't attach?
By the way there was nothing hot on the motor at all

The compressor is warm but not too hot to touch, does that tell you anything? I will do the cleaning process later today and hopefully it will solve the problem. If not I will get back in touch
Thanks Rob all good now, followed your instructions and it cleared the smell almost immediately
