F02 on this is a "failure to drain"

This is a bit odd, as you state that it does drain !

Check the filter for any blockages and retry.
If it still gives the code, please let me know what you found in the filter.
Can you then put machine to the rinses. Does the drum turn? Does it drain? Did it spin?

Thanks

Took the front lower cover off .the pump is free, there was not a filter at that area. it will drain, but not spin.

Hi
Thanks

When you have it on a wash cycle does it agitate correctly?

Thanks

no

Hi

Thanks
In that case there is a problem with either the belt or the motor

Turn off the power
Remove the back panel
Check the belt is in place.
If it is, you need to then check the motor.
First check the carbon brushes.
If they a=re worn, chipped or damaged, this is the problem and you will need to replace them

Let me know what you find
Thanks
