Hotpoint FF4DK fridge not working. Freezer is OK, but fridge is warm.
if you open the freezer and look at the back wall is there a lot of frost on the panel ? inside behind your food .
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

No. We had some ice formed at the bottom of the freezer, which is cleaned out.

what you need to do is remove that panel inside the freezer behind your food and take a look at the coils, are they really clogged with ice ? is there frost on all the coils ? lightly frosted ?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Frozen. Clogged with ice.

okay you have a defrost issue. most likely the defrost thermostat. it will look like this. Defrost Thermostat WR50X10068 Main Product Viewusually clipped to the top of the coils. what you need to do is take a hair dryer shut the refrigerator off and defrost it totally , once its completely defrosted put the panel back in and order the thermostat, (you will need to look that up there) I cant get the parts list for this one. the refrigerator will run correctly until the part comes in once defrosted. there no airflow to the refrigerator section right now. thats why its warm.
