ZFC61/27 fridge freeser 2006. The fridge is not cooling, though the freeser is cool -18 degrees. What shall I do?
Optional Information: What have you tried so far?: Pressed Action Cool button, which turned red. However, it steel does not get cooler.
Hello, If your fridge's inside back wall normally has thin frost when the fridge is cooling fine, and now there is no frost what so ever inside the fridge back wall, then I would say you have a gas leak problem. Meaning you could have a leak and you are now lacking refrigerant gas. It is because the fridge is the last part that would cool when ever the unit is running. So, with a lack of gas, the last part would no longer cool but the first part, which is the freezer would still be cooling well. I think this is what your problem is. And I am sorry but this is not a DIY job. You would be handling refrigerant which is a controlled substance so you can not do it yourself.
