Hi

Ok sounds like the water valve has locked out.

What you need to do is pull the dishwasher out and take the fill hose off.

Remove the back cover were the hose is then remove the small square cover that holds the fill valve on.

Then pull the fill valve out and remove the small clear hose off the valve on the top and refit it.

Then look in there and you will see a small red hose.

Pull the end cap off and drsain the water out.

Then refit the cap and refit the valve and the covers and then refit the fill hose.

Then retry the dishwasher and fingers crossed this will cure the problem here.

Let me know how it goes or if you need anymore info.

Regards
