I have ordered a replacement freezer door seal for a Zanussi Fridge-freezer Model no. ZX 56/4 SI (Product no. XXXXXXXXX 01.How do I replace the seal? The old seal does not simply pull off the door. Do I need a special tool?
Optional Information: Model Number (If Known): ZX 56/4 S!What have you tried so far?: Tried to remove old freezer door seal. Cannot move it.

Sorry for the delay in getting to your question do you still need help on this.
To get the seal off youy need to cut the old seal off as close to the door as you can.
With the seal off you will see a grove in the door.
The new seal will push into place there.
But this isnt that easy im afraid.
I usually just replace the complete door on these as it goes with a seal already.
But try it and see how it goes but its a case of cutting the old door seal off.

Thanks for the information. Surely replacing the complete door is expensive! Off to buy a Stanley knife!
Its only on insurance when the door gets replaced due to the price.
The stanley knife should sort it out.
