Is the conditioner diluted or as it was when you put it in, at the end of the wash?

Hiya,

OK, thanks for that.

 

Take the drawer out.

Take the cover off of the conditioner compartment.

You'll note it has a tube that fits over another tube.

 

Clean the tubes thoroughly.

Ensure there's no debris in or around them.

 

Reassemble the drawer.

 

Look into the dispenser housing and up.

If the holes are beginning to block, give them a good scrub.

Poke into the holes that would be above the conditioner compartment, a length of strimmer wire or similar.

Get it in as far as you can.

 

Refit the drawer and try the machine again.

 

If all is well, it should now syphon the conditioner.

If it still doesn't, let me know and I'll advise further.

 

If there are parts missing from the drawer (the cover) then it won't work until you fit the missing part.
