This is normally a blocked or restricted pump in the base.
It can be a faulty pump or control but it's normally just a blockage.
Unplug the appliance.
Take the top and side panels off. (You'll need Torx drivers or bits for this)
Follow the hoses down and you'll come to the pump.
Take the hoses off, blow up them to ensure they are clean and clear.
Take the pump out.
Clean out any debris jamming the pump and clean out the pump chamber.
Take the condenser out.
Clean it out thoroughly, clean out the chamber it fits into.
Reassemble and try the machine again.
