In the absence of any hum or noise from the drain pump, it would suggest a faulty drain pump or control.

Manually remove the water again.

take the laundry out

Take the filter out.

Put the machine on spin only.

Listen at the open filter.

do you hear the pump run or hum?

No, not really,

You posted - Also it does not drain the water out of the machine

Now you've posted - Once the machine has drained the water there is a humming noise it is not spinning. When we do a wash cycle the machine fills with water then normally shuggles the water about. This is not happening either. I'm near the machine now so can answer your questions.

So what I now have is -

The machine doesn't turn the drum.

It doesn't drain the water.

It doesn't hum.

It does hum.

It doesn't turn the drum.

It does drain the water.

Sorry, but you've given really conflicting answers so I'm now lost as to what is actually happening with your machine.

Is the only problem you have with the machine, the drum doesn't turn?
