if you look along the door edge and recess there should be a data plate with the model number

This would have originally been sold through MFI, strange its landed up in France

there are two springs, one either side of the door

one or both are broken

You would need to remove the lid and the two metal side panels

I dont think the parts are available in France, but are available in the UK

do you have friends in the UK that can send them to you?

Its fairly easy, just disconnect from power first

they are cables rather than springs

There wont be instructions as these are supplied to service engineers

You should see how to attach them to the bottom of the door and the side of the cabinet, esecially as one may well still be in place

If you are unsure, look before you order them
