I have a Zanussi Washing Machine ZJ1218 (nearly 4 years old), it rattled alot and made big noises the last few couple times of washing. Today I started the washing machine, it was working with all waters coming down, minutes working with the cycles but it just stopped spinning. The drum was very loose and shaky when I shaked it. I want to know if it is worth repairing or I just change to a new one?

It sounds very much like the bearings have failed.
To get an idea of the cost of repair, go to www.repaircare.co.uk and obtain a quote from them.
This is the cheapest it would be.
Diy would be around £200 and an independant repairer would be more than that.
Once you have the quote you'll be better placed to decide on repair or replace.
If you decide to go with repaircare, if they deem the machine beyond repair, they will charge for the call out, so it's a bit of a gamble.
