Hi

Has the washer drained the water out?

Also if you give the door handle a good bang with the side of your fist will this allow the door to open?

Regards

Customer replied 324 days and 8 hours ago.

Ihave hit the door handle as suggested tono avail the door will not open and the lock symbol remains in the info bubble

Hi

Ok if removeing the power supply didnt allow the door to open then its more then likely a faulty door lock.

In this case the only way to open the door is to break the door lock off.

Take the top off the washer and look down the front on the inside on the left and you will see the door lock.

Make sure the washer is unplugged and reach down there and wiggle the lock. See if ti will release then. If not then you will need to break the lock of the lugs from there. Grab hold of the lock and wiggle it hard and break it off the lugs. Then you will need to replace the door lock from there and hoefully this will cure the problem here for you.
