I have a Servis M9503W washer dryer and the filter at the front wont seal shut. Why is this and what new parts do i need to replace the one i have already?
Hiya,
Is the filter fully inserted and tightened?
Is the housing the filter goes into cracked or damaged?
Take the filter out, check the seals on it.
If any are damaged, you'll need a new filter.
To help get it back in fully, try smearing a little washing up liquid on the seals.
Then, push it fully into the machine and tighten it.
If it still leaks, you'll need to obtain and fit a new filter.
Let me know what you find.

Thank you so much for your help, with the advice you gave me I was able to see that the seal had been pushed that much it had come out over the sides, and the filter cap has been buckeled, I have been able to fix the problem just now and I will be able to order a replacment filter cap.
Thank you again, not having it working with 5 children has been a nightmare.

Hi there,
I have not had the machine on twice and have had no more water coming out of the original place it is now coming out of the back, i think that this is caused by the machine getting moved and it has knocked the waste pipe.
You'll need to check the waste pipe.
Ensure it's still attached or in the drain.
Check it out, see what you find and get back to me if you need more help
