Hi

F-05 is a time out draining error code.

What you need to check first is the drain hose and were it drains to. If it goes under a sink then take the spigot off it pushes onto and make sure this is all clear.

If thats fine then you need to check the filter at the bottom. Remove the plastic trim on the front at the bottom and on the right you will see the filter.

Remove this and give it a good clean out. Also look at the back inside the filter housing and you will see the pump impeller X shape. Make sure theres nothing jammed up in there.

Once all clear refit the filter and retry the washer and see how it goes from there. If still the same and its all clear then its possibley the drain pump thats the problem here.

Regards

Hi

Ok sorry for the delay.

Take the top of the washer and on the side you will see the pressure switch. Remove the thin hose off the bottom and blow hard down it.

Then refit the hose and retry the washer on a spin and see what happens.

hi. blew down the hose.. heard a LOT of water bubbles. put onto spin programme which is 20mins long after 4 mins she came to a stop. their seems to be a lot of water around the outside of the drum in the plastic drum cover. shes just released some water,????

Hi

Ok so if you actually set it to a spin cycle and hold the drain hose into a bucket or the sink does the water come out?

Regards

Customer replied 333 days and 13 hours ago.

yes but a very low flow... when its working normally it rushes out.

Customer replied 333 days and 13 hours ago.

just finished its spin programme.... didnt spin, stayed on 1 min for ages again and now we have the F-05 message again.

Hi

Ok theres a blockage in there somewere.

What you need to do is pull the washer out and tip the washer backwards against a wall and remove the pump from under the washer. Also remove the black hose which goes from the tub to the pump aswell and give this a good clean out.

Once the hoses are clear to the same with the drain hose as it will be a blockage in there which is causing this problem here.
