we have a secondhand XXXXX XXXXX 7 drawer freezer. It only freezes top two compartments, what could be the problem? thermostat? no gas? can you help? It does not auto defrost

Printed off directions for this particular freezer from the internet and followed all instructions. Fine for a while, but now playing up again. Completely unreliable, as it freezes sometimes, but not all the time!

Yes of course it did, I explained that, and it still is!, the motor is fine, it just doesnt freeze the whole freezer. We think there might be too many things to be checked, therefore this conversation could go on for weeks! Perhaps our question is too broadbased to be sorted out? There must be any number of different possibilities. Perhaps we should terminate this now? in which case can we have a refund please. Sorry to trouble you.
To be honest there isnt much in there which will cause the problem you have. Theres usually 3 things which could cause this.
But as you dont want to carry on anymore i will opt out and just use the help button on your drop down menu to request a refund.
