OK, so it doesn't run up but do you get a supply to it. Are there any volts at the terminals when you turn it on.

Can you turn the fan blade by hand. Does it turn freely.What happens if you put a separate supply to the motor.Does it run up.
I can spin the fan freely. I do not know how to connect the fan to another power supply but I have two fans (old and new), and both perform the same (sometimes very slowly rotate).
Make a lead up with a three pin plug on it and run the motor up on the bench.leave it run for a while to see if it slows.With the supply from the oven it will either run or it won't.If it slows while the oven is running then it might be the heat from the oven that is disturbing it.
With additional power supply fan operates normally. On power of the oven is running slowly, even when the oven is cold.
What voltage to get on the fan motor terminals.
