Hi

Ok theres a few things which can cause this but for both not to come on its usually the water valve.

Pull the washer out and take the top off. At the back on the left is the water valve. You will need a multimeter and test the green coil. It should read about 3.6 Kohms. If faulty then the water valve will need to be replaced.

If thats fine then on the right at the top is the dryer fan motor. Check the belt is on there and that it turns freely. If jammed up then the plastic chamber will need to be replaced.

If thats ok then remove the back panel and look at the left hand side and there will be a black hose going from the dryer chamber to the tub. In there is a NTC (temperature sensor) check the wires in there as sometimes they can break. But usually this doesnt stop the fan from running. It only stops the heater.

So check the above and see what you find. Start with the water valve first as this may be the fault if both the fan and the heater isnt comming on.
