Thats error code E69 which means open circuit thermo fuse in the heater.
What you need to do is remove the back panel and at the bottom of the drum you will see the heater element.
With a multimeter you need to test the heater. It should red about 28 ohms. If its faulty then the heater will need to be replaced.
If the heater is fine then the control board will be at fault.
So check the heater and see what you find. You will proberly find this is faulty.
