Customer Question

I have a Cannon Pearl gas cooker. I'm unable to use my lower oven as about 5 minutes or so after oven is lit, it starts sparking around the hobs as if I've pressed ignition button (even though I'm not using the hobs). Could you please tell me what you think is causing this fault?

I've been waiting for a response since I posted my question on your site last night. I posted as I thought (as the message on the screen said) there were 6 experts on-line waiting to respond to my question (as your service was 24/7).
