Hiya,

Sorry for the delay in getting to your question.

Do you still require help with this?

If you do, does your machine a display or only lights?

Thanks

Display

Hiya,

OK, thanks for that.

Turn the appliance on, any program except the 1st one clockwise.

Close the door.

Press and hold together the start button and the button to the left of it.

While you hold them you should see an error code displayed.

Let me know the code.

Thanks

No code

Hiya,

Very strange, there should be a code there.

Turn the machine off.

Press and hold both buttons again.

While holding them, turn the dial 1 click clockwise.

The lights will flash.

Release the buttons and the lights scroll.

If they scroll, turn the dial a further 9 clicks clockwise.

Let me know the code displayed.

Now turn off, on and off again.

Try the machine, does it now work?

Thanks

Hiya,

Thanks for that.

Try it on a program.

By going into diagnostics and out again it's reset the control board.

If there's a problem, just let me know.

Good luck with the appliance.

Hope this helped

Thanks
