Customer Question

There is water coming from the bottom of the machine.I have checked that all hoses have no splits. I have checked the seals of the water inlet hoses and they are securely fitted. The drain hose is tightly attached to the waste pipe, and the pump filter is completly closed. Can you please tell me how I can stop the leak.

then you will need to replace that float switch, if you provide us with the model and serial number of the machine along with the brand, we might be able to help you find the right part number which needs to be ordered...
