There is water coming from the bottom of the machine.I have checked that all hoses have no splits. I have checked the seals of the water inlet hoses and they are securely fitted. The drain hose is tightly attached to the waste pipe, and the pump filter is completly closed. Can you please tell me how I can stop the leak.

you say coming from the bottom of your unit? Does your unit run its cycles?Sorry about the delay I was assisting other customers as well
Yes it does
okay are there any error codes displaying on your unit
No
Have you tried unplugging unit and pulling it out and tilting it 45 degrees to drain all water out of basin and see what happens?
Yes
Have you checked the float switch?? Does it leak during use only or when your not using it too?
Yes I have checked the float switch and leaks only in use
then you will need to replace that float switch, if you provide us with the model and serial number of the machine along with the brand, we might be able to help you find the right part number which needs to be ordered...

Is the float switch the white ball in the hose from the drum to the pump, and will I be able to fit this myself?
