Resolved Question:

I have a Smeg dishwasher, Type 12059; Model D1612CA9.
The dishwasher seems to run normally through it's cycle, but the dishes come out with dirty water/bits of food stuck on them. It's as if they are rinsed with very dirty water. I have checked the filter, which is not blocked.
Can you help please?
many thanks

Thank you for using JustAnswer!
If you have any questions after reading my answer,be sure to let me know.

most dishwashers in Europe and the UK are connected to the cold water system and need a good heating element in the dishwashers to clean the dishes.
You may have a faulty heating element. This will cause the dishes to not clean well.
And restrict the performance of the detergent to do its job well.

To get a replacement heating element call.
