Customer Question

I am trying to fit a new belt to my Beko DRCS68W Tumble Dryer.

I have fitted the new belt round the drum, realigned and fastened up the drum spindle and back panel, and have replaced the circlip onto the drum spline.

The problem now is how to stretch the new belt onto the motor drive spline - it seems to be too short!

Can you help please?

Hi david - I Don't have the original belt - the shop threw it away! -- but the new one is a 1966 which I am sure is the same as the original

These belts are tight and do need to be stretched. I would like you to answer my above question before we move on. Thanks from David. Awaiting your reply. OK just got your message as I posted this. It Does sound like the right belt. They are elasticated and are tight to put on.
