Hi

Ok the model number is usually printed on the front control panel and starts with a W.

And is the washer still full of water?

Regards

Hi

Ok if you take the bottom plastic cover on the front at the bottom off from there you will see the filter on the right hand side.

Put a shallow tray under there if you can and slacken it off.

Once the water is out of there then fully remove the filter and clear it out. Then look at the back were the filter goes and you will see the pump impeller X shape.

Make sure theres nothing jammed up in there stopping it from turning.

Once its all clear you need to refit the filter then press and hold the start button in for several seconds and this will reset the control board.

Then retry the washer and see how it goes from there.

Regards
