F21 is a motor circuit fault.
F63 is a control board failure.
Try erasing the stored error codes and see if it starts working again.
Spikes in the mains can upset the control board causing the problem
The machine stores several errors so you may need to do the following several times.
Turn the knob to off.
Close the door.
Turn the knob to 6 o'clock position.
Wait 2 seconds.
The start/pause should begin flashing.
Press and hold the spin button.
Turn the knob to 7 o'clock position.
Release the button.
If the machine won't go into diagnostics to erase the error code, it would suggest a faulty control board.
Try it several times to see if you get it reset.
If the start button doesn't flash, just carry on trying to erase the codes.
Hope this helps
let me know how it goes or if you need more help
Sorry, if F63 won't clear I'm afraid it's indicating a control board failure.
You're looking at an expensive repair.
Sorry, the next step is to replace the control board.
I would suggest getting a quote for repair from www.repaircare.co.uk
Their price includes parts and labour.
