Hiya,

Can you expand on your question please?

What is the problem with the appliance?

Is it the internal wiring diagram you need?

Thanks

Customer: replied 5 years ago.
Its a new appliance and I simply need to connect it to the existing cable

Hiya,

OK, thanks for that.

What is the problem you are having?

What are the connections on the rear of the appliance marked?

If I know exactly what it is you are stuck at I should be able to help you.

Thanks

Customer: replied 5 years ago.

On the bottom left at the rear of the appliance is a black plastic cover, Inside are a pair of terminals with a single terminal below. I have not seen any markings.

Hiya,

OK, thanks for that.

There's no user manual available for download and the service manual doesn't show the connection block.

As it's a very new addition I've not come across your model yet.

Normally there's markings for the wiring on the rear of an appliance, in/on or near the cover.

Can you post a photograph of the connection block and any wiring attached to it?

It may help me identify the connections for you.

Thanks
