The normal cause is the float in the pump reservoir is jammed, activating the float switch to indicate the bottle is full.
Unplug the appliance.
Take the top and left side panel off.
Follow the hoses from the top down to the pump.
Take the pump out.
Clean out any debris jamming it.
Clean out the pump reservoir.
Take out the condenser, clean it out thoroughly.
Clean out the ducting behind the condenser.
Ensure the float switch at the pump reservoir hasn't stuck.
Reassemble the appliance and try it again.
You should hear the drain pump run when you first start it.
If it's not running the pump then the pump may be faulty

You take the top off.
Then take the screws holding the side panel on out.
Then slide the panel rearward and off.
I'm not talking about a different model.
Watch the engneer when he comes.
The top comes off.
The side panel comes off.
