Did you try unplugging it for three minutes to reset the system?
It is important to actually cut the power completely before restarting the machine,not just switch it off.
If this does not help, then we know that E30 may mean you need motor carbon brushes or a motor e30 is no motor action
E30 indicates a motor fault.
Unplug the appliance from the wall socket, remove the lid and remove the carbon brushes from the motor. You'll probably find them worn out or broken.
