How are your diy skills?

Do you have, and can you use, a multimeter?

Customer: replied 5 years ago.

It is 8:25 am here in Dublin and I have been up all night so I must get some sleep. I shall return in 10 hours. Hope that's ok.

No problem.

In your machine are thermal cut outs (may be thermal fuses depending on the build date of the machine).

Click here for the cutout and fuse.

Isolate the power to the appliance.

Disconnect it from the electrical supply.

Take the rear panel off.

Locate the thermal fuse or cutout.

Test the fuse or cutout to see if it's open circuit.

If it is, you need to replace it.

Once replaced, the appliance should work again.

Hope this helps
