If you number the lights with 1 on the left, which number is XXXXX?
Ignore the door lock light.
OK, thanks for that.
Your machine has two hidden lights.
Unplug the appliance
Take the top off.
Look down on the top of the facia panel.
Run the machine and when it goes wrong and the lights flash, look down on the top of the facia, There are 2 hidden lights to the left of the two buttons.
At the moment, you have number 4 flashing.
Is any of the hidden lights flashing?
(They are equal distance spacing).
Try it out.
If it fails, check which lights are flashing.
(include the hidden ones to the left of the 2 on the facia)
You can either leave your deposit in your account or use the help button on your screen to contact customer services.
I get nothing. It sits in your account for future use.
Good luck with the appliance.
There are 2 lights on the facia.
There are another 2 hidden lights of the same equal spacing on the board.
Number 1 is the left hidden light.
Number 4 is the right visible light.
Which numbers are flashing? (you won't see the hidden one that doesn't flash).
As I said originally, ignore the door lock light.
If none of the hidden lights are flashing, it would be 3 and 4 flashing.
(1 and 2 are hidden).
Can you confirm this is the case?
When the lights flash, is the machine doing anything?
Sorry, I explained this earlier.
Please read my 2nd post and check to see if the hidden lights are flashing.
Lights 2 and 4 indicate the pressure switch is stuck on full.
I'm assuming the machine is empty of water.
Unplug the appliance and take the top off.
Locate the pressure switch.
It has a thin tube attached that goes down to the bottom of the machine.
Take the tube off.
Blow down the tube as hard and as long as you can.
Give the pressure switch a couple of taps with the screwdriver handle.
Refit the tube and try the machine again.
Let me know what happens.
If it's full of water, then that's the cause of the error code.
It's not emptying.
You checked the filter, did you check the pump impellor can turn?
Drain the water out.
Take the filter out.
Check the impellor turns.
Let me know what you find.
The impellor is the cross shaped piece.
If that turns, empty the machine.
Take any laundry out.
Put the machine on spin.
Look into the open filter.
Is the impellor running?
If it can't pump out after this, you'll need to check the drain hose and the connection it goes onto at the house drains.
Check it out, let me know how it goes.
Hope this helped.
Test the machine first.
Make sure it goes right through a wash.
Good luck with the test.
You're very welcome.
I've got my fingers crossed it works.
Even though there's no problem with your sink you can still have trouble with the drain hose.
Take the drain hose off of the connection.
Check both the hose and the connection for a blockage.
Aim the hose into a bucket.
You should get the water coming out with good flow and force.
What do you get?
Yes, try it again.
It will be the cause.
Thank you for the payment, it is appreciated.
