AE indicates a leak into the base of the appliance or the anti flood / safety device has been activated.
Unplug the appliance and take the rear panel off.
Check for water in the base.
Remove the water and the switch should reset.
If no water, check the switch in the base for any obvious problems.
The switch, wiring and control board are the three items involved in this fault.
