Hiya,

Can you post the model number of the appliance please?

At the bottom rear of the appliance is a black pot, the compressor, is this running?

If it's running is it very hot?

Thanks

I cant get the appliance number as I am not near it. It is in a holiday home. The appliance is rarely used, but is lways switched on, also it is integrated so i am not sure if I will be able to see the compressor. If I will be able to view the compressor I can check it later this morning

Hiya,

If it's integrated you can only listen to see if you can hear the compressor running.

I do need the model number or pnc (product) number to identify the appliance and see what control it uses.

Thanks

I can definetly hear a motor (which is probabaly the compressor) running

Can I check the number and get back with the information tomorrow?

Hiya,

Yes, no problem with the model number.

I won't know till then if there is a fan in the freezer.

However, if you open the fridge door, any fan motor inside the freezer should stop running.

Try it and see if you still hear a motor noise.

Thanks
