I own a Beko WM5100W washing machine. The ready light on

This answer was rated:

I own a Beko WM5100W washing machine. The "ready" light on the front is flashing constantly and it won't start any programs. There are clothes in the machine and some water which wont drain meaning I cant get the door open either.

Any suggestions?

You'll need to drain the water manually.

Put a shallow dish in front of the filter and slacken the filter.

tighten it when you need to empty the dish.

Once the machine is empty, take the filter out.

Clean out the debris, ensure nothing is jamming the pump.

Refit the filter and try the machine again.

If there is no filter on your appliance, let me know and I'll advise on an alternative.

Hope this helps
