my screen shows dialog as if I am deaf. How can I take if off? I must have hit a button on my remote.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: I can't read the make and model, it is about 1 yr old

Customer: Last night. I have tried clicking every button to see it would remove the dialog
