My tv says to go to xfinity.com and select My Account to update your services....I can't find it...what to do?
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It's a Samsung Smart TV and I got in November 2016...I also have a Vizio in my bedroom/about 5 years old.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Went to my account....under settings and it just happened tonight when I got home from work...both Tv's are saying the same message.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?

Hello, you will need to go to xfinity.com using a Web browser, either on your TV or on a computer and log in. Then you should see My Account
