Customer: IT'S ABOUT 2 YEARS OLD AND IT'S A 92 INCH
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: THE MENU WORKS AND EVERYTHING WORKS AFTER IT SHUTS DOWN FOR ABOUT 15 MIN.BEFORE IT GOES OUT A MESSAGE SAYS THE TV WILL SHUT DOWN CHECK VENTS
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: IT HAS BEEN HAPPENING ABOUT A WEEK NOW AND THE TV WAS ON SINCE 4:30 THIS MORNING
