just changed from directv . hooked every thing up and all i get is loading app
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: lg about 4 years old. had time warner aboyt 2 weeks ago and switghee to directv and now switching back

First thing to do is re-boot both the box and the TV by un-plugging both from wallpower wait 5 mins replug back in again, another 5 mins for everything to boot up, let me know the results of that please
