Our Samsung Smart TV
60 inches has been automatically shutting down for a few seconds about 3 times/day. Last weekend it started staying on only for about 50-55 seconds and them turned itself off. So we cannot watch any of our programs either recorded or live. I have the model and serial #. Do you need them?

JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Yes! HDMI1 AND HDMI2
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It's actually been a few years, but it didn't say off long enough to get worried about. it always brought you right back to the program you were watching, whether live or recorded.

Customer: I have the serial # also. I'd like to find out if my husband got an extended warranty on it.

Customer: Sometimes it says no internet, but we get Satellite
and pprgramming, even though it doesn't last long! We have a few iphones, ipad, Kindle HD fire. We have to home computers. could it be that not enough wifi might be the problem?
