I have a smart tv
but I can't access You tube, Nexflix, etc
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your smart tv?
Customer: It is a Hitachi 55' inch Smart TV
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Yes the TV menu does work. I only tried to watch Nexflix & YouTube
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Not sure what happen before, except one of my tv's was disconnected from another room just before this occurred.
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: The message that comes on the screen is. "We're unable to connect you to Nexflix. Please try again or visit www.netflix.com/help. The same message with You tube.
