We bought a Samsung 4k UHD 50 inch in June at Target. The picture keeps going out during our watching for a split second up to 5 seconds. How do we correct the problem
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: M1543
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: yes
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Since we first set it up on the wall mount. It was just a split second. We talked to the salesman at Target after the 90 days had expired. He said to check our wiring in the back of the set. One was loose and I tightened it. After that, the blank screen would stay off for up to 5 seconds. We like the TV, but the 5 second blank screen is very distracting when a shot in basketball
