Customer Question

I have a Sony TV Model KDL40R5 which is a multi system.. I live in Germany..
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your Sony? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: I just purchased the TV and again the Model is KDL40R5.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: As I stated I live in Germany and when I brought the TV home I hooked up my system to a Sat terminal in which I receive AFN.. Then I hooked up my kabel box to the tv antenna plug in back.. I searched for all channels and I ONLY GET 25 CHANNELS on the TV.. My question is can I open up the TV to receive more channels. My kabel box on my old tv received over 100 channels....
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Just how can I get more kabel channels onto the TV..
