Cant figure out how to hook the wire from the back of the tv

Customer Question

Cant figure out how to hook the wire from the back of the tv to the sound bar. It used to work, but when I changed location, I cant figure out where the ire connects. The wire has a red light at the end of it where i thought it should hook into the sound bar
JA: What's the exact make and model of your television? And what have you tried as far as getting this connected goes?
Customer: Samsung Series 5350 series 6; I cant fit the wire into any of the holes
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Tv works fine,,, including its audio
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: unhooked on day (or rather it fell off when i was moving the bar.
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I wonder if i am missing a connecter where the red light shows on the wire. the receptacle does not fit any hole.
