Perhaps the snow or the cold knocked out our signal. I have tried pulling cables and restarting them, as well as pushing the red button. What now?
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: I don't know. It's a 40" LG HDMI about four years old.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: I have the same problem on all three sets. I am working with the one at point of origin, figuring that is the key one.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Only this evening. During and after the storm we had perfect reception.
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: This happens occasionally, usually after bad weather.

Sorry you are having trouble here ,the first thing to do is this>

Please re-boot any satellite or cable box you may be using by unplugging the box from wall-power wait 5 mins then re-plug back in again, it will be a good idea to do the same with the TV at the same time.

We find software glitches within the box can cause this
