Is there other devices like laptop, tab, smartphone etc connected to same wifi router and working fine?
OK, lets try easy thing first, unplug TV power cord from wall outlet for 10 minutes to reset the TV, replug back in, switch On the TV and check if TV gives same error?
If problem persist then you would need to go in TV menu and run Network Setup to establish wifi connection with router for internet.
