The volume will not adjust. Volume level is at 100 but very faint.
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Not sure the model, it is at my mother-in-laws apartment. Purchase it about a year ago.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Menu is working, only source is her cable feed, no volume on any channel.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It's been a couple of days, she told me she lost her picture, when it came back the sound issue started.
