Hi, I'm Nathan.
Sorry to hear that you're having trouble, but I'll do my best to help you. Please give me a few moments to review your details here.

Expert:  Nathan replied 2 months ago.

This typically would not be a menu button, you'd press the INPUT or SOURCE button on your tv remote, then it will bring up a list and you'll press input/source repeatedly (or use the arrow up/down buttons, then enter button) to choose the desired mode, such as hdmi1, hdmi2, etc.

If that doesn't work for you please let me know the complete brand and model of the tv.

Thank you,

Nathan
