JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your Sony? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Sony tv remote RM-YD016 and my TV is Samsung 7 series
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: yes menu is working and it has it own remote but one is make more noce
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Also, that Sony remote you posted about is a remote that COMES with a Sony TV- so there's no way to get a Sony TV remote programmed to control a different brand of TV. They simply do not work that way. If you can reply back with exactly the reason for wanting to use a different remote, other than the Samsung remote, then I can assist you further here.
