Have you tried unplugging the Samsung TV for an extended period of time?
...and then plugging back in straight to but into a different outlet?
The longer the better as this would simulate a soft RESET.
Please try for test purposes and as a process of elimination.

As posted above, it would simulate a soft RESET.
If not corrective, then it would be an internal hardware issue. The systems diagnostics is detecting a developing fault and is kicking in auto-protect mode.
Are you then considering a DIY (do-it-yourself) repair approach? If yes, do you have access to and familiar with a multi-meter (and even perhaps a soldering iron)?
